If you read this story with a psychological terror aspect in mind, this is actually really well written. The ML was actually a psychopath from the start and manipulated the MC so well not one, but 2 times in order to isolate him from everyone. I personally think the MC is a lil bit stupid but in a human way. I really hope he ki11 himself or escape and the ML in prison or suffering a terrible death.
