Looking for a manhwa

I’ve been looking for this bl manhwa I read a while ago but I can’t remember that much about it.

From what I remember it is about someone and he almost dies I think but then he is taken in by a god who feels bad for him and then the god raises him. I think then he grows older and kind of forgets about him but then they fall in love in the end?? I also remember a side story with a side couple where I think on of the people is the second male lead

I know this isn’t a lot to go off but any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated xx
