Therapy would've saved alot of this messed up relationship, in the end the "brother" had a somewhat better outcome in his relationship then his little brother did.
The reason why makoto left mikoto(his gf*) was because she was aroused by the thought of someone else killing her, her boyfriend makoto at the time was greatly upset that someone else made her horny for them that he had to stop her from imagining her being killed by him because from makoto perspective you're only allowed to have those fantasies by makotos hands only and not by anyone else.
So yeah, its unfortunate that she died she couldve been alive still if they both had gone to therapy and if mikoto had actually made police report on the blonde that would've been the better outcome. ┗( T﹏T )┛
