He was using the MC's guilt to strong arm him into not going back on their chaotic sex agreement. They never even made plans to meet regularly, and nathan didn't know alex was being harassed back then. At least, that's what I saw
Nathan is definitely acting unfairly, but I think he will realize this soon enough. I don't think it's coercion because it's obvious he still actually cares enough not to want to do something Alex doesn't want to.
As I said, Nathan doesn't need to be the perfect victim. I only pointed out that he used a shady method to solicit sex, no matter the reason or "excuse." I agree, I don't think he is just willy nilly taking advantage of alex's body, he's got a lot of confusion, grief, anger, resentment, love, worry, concern, fear, lust, etc to figure out. He's fundamentally not a bad guy in general, I think he's justifiably scared so I don't blame him for rejecting to hear the truth either
So strange, if I remember correctly, Matthew stirred the pot and pushed his boy onto this big angry ah man after seeing his boy have a mental break down after every encounter.....I don't know, it's almost as if it's matthew's fault this man got jealous enough to rock his shi before someone else can. Then we got Nathan on some "I don't like people who reascend their consent for sex" type timing. Uh, Sir, we don't expect a perfect victim, but can you run that by me again? Maybe I just can't read past a 3rd grade level. Maybe I took that wrong.
