I think that this story was perfect, I loved that it wasn't the typical ending you see, and there could be another volume but IF not its not the end of the world because I LOVE the simplicity of this end, its soooo different of all the usual endings. Peace was found in a different conflict, use the sword and save human kind(while making the sword human, loved this), and for the demon king, his mistrust humans(fully valid, they started the war) and his tiredness and loss of hope for a peaceful world which drove him to want to kill everyone for everyone to come together(he thought this was his last chose), like what else could he do to try and create peace? I think the hero took the right step by stabbing him because as the demon king said himself, he would've just left if the hero did it differently. so yeah this story was great ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
