I mean, compared to other stories where the family basically interfere with every decision that the ML have when it comes to MC even going to so far as to slap money into their face, in this story, the MLs money comes from his dad as he mentioned but they don't really care what he do to that money as long as he don't work (honestly weird)
Like, they are not an ideal family but compared to abusive households in other stories, their pretty timid or just unbothered
