After Carcel goes to war, Inès is left alone. She knew Oscar was gonna come after her, so she made plans. One night, after Carcel was announced dead after winning the final battle, Alicia drugs Inès and brings her to Oscar's room so he can have his way with her. When he arrived he was drunk and started pleading with Inès, begging her to forgive him and come back to him all the while gropping, caressing her body. She hit him with something and scarred her own body to make it seem like Oscar hit her and harmed her till the point of bleeding. She was accused of harming a royal and was sent to prison, but at least she was not seen as the woman who betrayed the "HERO" as soon as he died, but as a woman who defended her virtue even against a royal. She was freed very soon after because the people fought for her everywhere, for Carcel. Oscar was thrown on the streets. They severed his arms and legs, separated his head from his body, and crushed everything.
