I also felt the same. I don't think it was a chasing arc bc mc was still in love with ML so it was more of a redemption arc and yeah honestly it was not satisfying at all. I cried so much for MC he was so miserable, bad things kept happening to him and the one he love didn't even want to listen to his truth smh
