this reminds me of when I was 14 and dating a literal 27 year old dude(dark times I know) who then used to get so angry at me because I was really close to people in my class(mostly boys but girls too) cause their age made him insecure and my dumbass thought thats just how a mature adult thinks and stopped talking to the boys in my class
