YESSS!! I was confused at first but this let me clear up a lot of things. If we take away the omegaverse element of the sidestory, it represents their life actually canon to what happened originally in the main story. The sidestory, not canon to the events showcases their life in the continuation of the canon main story after the end. So its upto interpretation but yeah!

Ok so what I’m understanding by that last little note the author left is that aside the pregnancy, pheromones, and miscarriage (I’m guessing by that panel where there’s blood all over Jae-oh) this is canon. Meaning that maybe that panel with the baby and little kid represents them adopting a kid in the future???
Tbh I think the author had them have a miscarriage to represent that in the non-omegaverse story, they’re unable to have children. And so I get why she’s saying this is actually canon.
