omg i feel so unsatisfied after that ending… if the ‘revenge’ is watching ur brother CHOOSE to go with the villain (leaving his daughter behind btw) in spite of all the sins she committed …then is it really revenge at all ..? it started out so good where did it go wrong T_T
also shame on author for favouritism because it completely ruined what the plot has been building up to until the end…
if u look at this at a bigger scale, imagine all the lives that have been sacrificed for a senseless war that marianne pushed for AND brainwashed the imperial family - how did she easily get pardoned for this ?? i keep seeing discussions online saying that marianne has ‘reasons’ or ‘excuses’ to act like this simply because she had an unfortunate upbringing - but if she was the fl instead and still did all this im sure ppl wouldve called her stupid and dumb… because it is….
