And obviously I’m not saying this story was going to be sunshine and rainbows… anyone can tell it’s angsty and to be taken with a grain of salt… I just paused my reading because I couldn’t stop thinking about my opinion & wanted to see how others view it as perhaps?
Also idk who the older brother is fooling but it’s certainly not me… yeah he SEEMS to have a “calm” demeanor to others compared to ml but it’s so obvious he’s just toying with mc and letting things play out…I mean the guy punched his younger brother to the point he was bruised and bleeding… his eyes never gave care and considerate… like idk what ya’ll SEEN in him. From someone who’s first time reading this…
Like genuinely……………….The things ml has said is sooo out of pocket and unnecessary and uncalled for…. I’m currently on chapter 17 & I would say the plot is intriguing because I want to know more about the characters backgrounds and why ml acts the way he acts and even if any of the slightest development can happen to him with his rotten to the core personality and sh!t character so FAR… but genuinely I can’t see any romance happening anytime soon or ever between mc or ml…
I never understood the nice and trying to make a living gay mc and horrid straight ml that’s filthy rich and homophobic to the bottom core… storyline or plot.. and why have I continued reading you may ask? Because despite that he hasn’t harmed mc physically, invaded his personal space like other messed up and super homophobic main leads and he hasn’t forced himself on mc for fun (so far) or do any other of that toxic red flag ml crap… his character is enough to stop reading I would say that… but since it still is the very beginning I’ll just see to it… and see how it continues up to all the chapters that are already out… it just seems like everyone has problems in this manhwa and deep rooted issues… but I feel MAYBE just maybe the ml will have a whole shocking positive character development with accountability that can MAYBE make up for half the uncalled for and disgusting stuff he said to mc.
It’s just he has said so much to the point it’s like does anyone really see them or imagine them being anything close to romantic partners? Like idk… I would say ml isn’t too cold.. I mean I guess I can see he cares a bit about mc and doesn’t like to see him suffering at least… rather he realizes it or not half the time you can tell.
