I don't know when people started getting the idea that this was automatically rape. If Eunsan says "don't ever have sex with me while I'm unconscious again" and he does it again, sure, it's rape then. But in an otherwise consenting sexual relationship, you're allowed to do some things without asking until explicitly told otherwise. If a boundary is drawn and then ignored, that's when it becomes a problem.

okay so no, actually! the reason why things like somnophilia is such a grey area is because the person is unconscious, and consent is an ongoing thing, not just one and done; an unconscious person cant say whether or not they like what ur doing to them, but a conscious person CAN revoke consent in the middle of sex which is the difference bab. consent often has to be explicit if it hasnt been discussed prioe, which it hasn't: the mc didnt consent, wasnt even aware it happened to him. thats rape bab

I think most people would feel pretty fucking violated if they found out that their partner had sex with them whilst they were asleep. If two people have explicitly agreed that it’s okay to do stuff while the other one is asleep then that’s fine. But just having sex with your unconscious partner and hope they will be okay with it is absolutely disgusting.
