I’m so shocked by how the story ended. Some ppl might see the MC as “dumb”, but the author made the MC so complex. That ending where it the MC thought he could finally live for himself and then the ML comes in and says that everything that’s happened after you recovered was him?? It convinced the MC that he truly can’t “survive” without him after finally finding his footing back into the world. It’s so well written, so toxic. Reading that AU right after gave me such an empty feeling (added to the emptiness I felt after I finished the main story) (⊙…⊙ )
