I fully agree and not even just this topic but I swear people have gotten too bold online </3 Like wym its right in front of your face and you still gonna ask why its there or even why something is NOT there.
I genuinely see people asking why the PLOT OF THE STORY is the plot of the story because they don't like it, or why a straight story isn't bl/gl and vice versa, and it's just???? Did you not read the summary?? or the comments?? like a sane person would before jumping into any story?? did you even stop to read the title??

Like I'm personally not into stories like the example you use, so what am I gonna do? I'm going to open the page for the story, CHECK THE SUMMARY, TAGS, AND COMMENTS, and ask myself whether I know I'm not gonna like it or not. If not? I WALK AWAY, not leave rage comments because a story that wasn't made for me WASN'T MADE FOR ME.

Now if the story was genuinely problematic such as heavily romanticizing abuse (such as making it look like it isn't a dark topic), or grooming/p3dophilia, etc, then I fully understand. But, if it's a topic that doesn't hurt anyone, just walk away
