Sorry, it's icky to do it while someone is asleep, like yeah it's okay to keep doing it when the person is awake to be able to voice discomfort if they don't feel good. Explicit consent isn't needed to have sex for multiple rounds, but it's a whole different thing when someone in unconscious or inebriated.
