I love how both characters have some missed up personalities but still willing to walk through it together, people (me) think that we have to fix everything before thinking about a relationship. the “what if they hurt me” “im protecting myself now” “i have to be stronger” “im independent” “they will use and step on you” “i have to reach my goals first” But we can reach our goals, get stronger and be better with the right person. everyone needs a shoulder to lean on, someone who listens, who you can be weak with, and it’s scary because opening your heart and letting someone have this deep access on your emotions, especially when you have been strong alone, got used to you own comfort, and always been the one who saw your own worst version… will i ever get to open my heart like these characters did?
