i think its important to note that eve isnt human so he doesnt know how to express himself i dont think he literally doesnt care for anyone besides adam but he was just taught this way, hes an esper so if hes useless and isnt contributing to humanity hes weak and has to die. of course adam is his priority and he doesnt want for adam to die :(
