Explanation for confused: In first timeline sister of mc and her friend wrote a BL story in which they included MC as an actual character that dies in the end. For what i understand the sister did this as revenge because she didnt approve that her brother was in love with another man (ML) we dont know why she hates him so much but it seems that is all because of the resentment. MC still tried to keep a relationship with ML, but after highschool ML pushed him away because his family was part of the mafia. In the latest chapter 70 we discover he caved and invited him on a date on the mall. Theres then a collapse of the building and it seems like thats the event that made everyone die (ML, sister and friends). MC seems to still be half alive on that world.
Second timeline: they where all transportes into the BL novel the sister and friend wrote. MC is now the tragic character her sister wrote for him. ML is the villain of the story and doesnt remember the past. Sister is now a man so he is "brother" and is desperate for everyone to move on. In this timeline MC's memories are a complete mess, probably because he is still half dead in the other world, so he keeps losing memores and being dettach from reality, thats why everyone act like he is insane.
Currently it feels like both his memories have been restored from first life and second life so we will see what happens
