We won't unfortunately. Ilay very very rarely feels regret, and this is not one of those moments. There's honestly only like, 1 time he's been deeply regretful and thats at the end of diasym/during suite

Umm if I remember correctly, Tae doesn't really explain aside from saying he wasn't running away and Ilay is just kinda like, "oh ok" and thats it. Anyway, SPOILER Ilay almost kills Tae cuz he thought he was Jae and he has nightmares about killing Tae and he mentions how he regrets it. Its super cute honestly ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
