I remember the korean name which is "uri mani chuhae"
No the last scene was MC asking here they where going and ML saying therapy and MC thinking he meant that as s joke

Basically a yaoi that was toxic so the ML (I think) decides they needed therapy and that was how it needed with mc thinking he was joking but he was not and they went.
Possibly a short story but I can’t remember anything else
