It just shows you that a lot of people think sexual consent is a one-time deal. And it's not. It's an ongoing agreement. Any type of sexual activity and boundaries need to be communicated BEFORE the act. Eunsan agreed to six rounds but he never agreed to sexual activity while sleeping. And his first reaction after Ian informed him was getting angry before Ian overwhelmed him again. And I hope people don't take calling this rape as "you shouldn't read problematic fiction at all", or "you're shit for liking this character", this is just to make people aware of what sexual consent is.
