Yeah a girl. Maybe but no one knows actually when he got pregnant again. It was a time skip in the novel. It was actually the last chapter where it revealed they had 2 kids.
The second child is Cecil, who is a boy

They have three, which is known for many years, since "Kiss me liar" spoiled it.
They have two boys, Pete and Cecil, and one girl, appearence and name not known.
Josh made marriage a condition, so Cecil was most likely conceived during their honeymoon. And he was pregnant with their third child ( a girl, so far never shown), during the epilogue of Kiss me liar ( the last chapter before the extras started), but it was only mentioned in the novel.
As far i remember they have two so maybe second incoming from this??(￣∇￣")
