If Cain was an abusive ass that, idk, would imprison him and literally not let him get the abortion, I'd say ye keep it a secret, do whatever you need to do, but he's not, he's been nothing but a puppy running after him following his orders, sure he'd be excited, try to convince and be disappointed but if he's worth shit to you you'd still tell him

First if all I love how pregnancy doesn't automatically mean kids in this comics plot and abortion is actually an option the mc is entertaining and ye he has the final choice
But like, he knows cain isn't a psycho "will force him to give birth" type, like yes obviously he'll be happy and want it and try to convince him, that's called a conversation, he could've talked to him, told him, ofc he'd try to say his side of how they can try doing it, and he'd tell him how he isn't planning to keep it cause it's a bad time and they're literally on survival between their schemes against Yale etc etc, he'd still make the final decision
but for Cain to not be on the list of people he's telling at all? For him to find out after all those assholes and the dad?? And the dismissal of his feelings like "yeah yeah you'll get over it cause you like me so much" like bro decide do u want a hand in hand partner or are you just walking around thinking he'll kiss your feet no matter what??
