the most annoying part about it. is when you try to tell them that there’s a reason why the tag or genre says dark romance their angry about it?????? and sometimes the author actually says the story includes grapes, @buse and manipulation and then call them weird or freak honestly their the weird one for watching/ reading it when the cover literally says it like gurl use your eyesssss!!!!!!

Yes it's true there is a lot of rape in BL, BUT you're genuinely lying to yourself if you say there aren't enough green flags. There isn't enough fluff. That's a lie. My best friend only reads green flags, maybe yellow flags at best and she knows I read red and black flag stories, and we both aren't bitching at each other about it.
