yup it's an option in conservative countries where homosexual marriages aren't recognized so the two has some sort of bond that can be recognized by the law and allow them to take care of healthy issues and inheritance in case either of them falls ill or something. and since they have a little girl, if something happens to ho, beom would have an easier time becoming her legal guardian
