Like I'm sorry if this makes me a bad person but imo Seungji really had it easy compared to Yeongwon. Yeongwon spent 6 months in priso. worrying and thinking about Seungji and she's physically okay (she went through stuff yes but not as bad as Seungji's). And when she got out, Seungji was outside for her. Seungji spent 2 YEARS (cmiiw) waiting for Yeongwon when she was healing from the trauma of being left behind by the person she loved and the physical injuries she dealt with
Idk maybe i wanted to see more of Yeongwon regretting what she did and maybe crying when she saw Seungji when she got out of prison because she didn't do that for Seungji and not call her cringey (at least for me) pet names. I really just wanted to see more of regretful and grateful Yeongwon i guess. I wanted more crying and yearning and again, more regretttt
But I did enjoy the ride! I'm glad to have read this. Will I reread it? Maybe some chapters but as a whole, no. Did I regret reading it? Absolutely not ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
