As someone who could get behind Wookyung's craziness in Sadistic Beauty's Sidestory, I can't gel with Juyeon at all. I genuinely dislike him and the drastic changes Jiwook goes through in regards to him; also the plot progression. And I wondered why that is.
Ironically, he has more "reason" to torture Jiwook than Wookyung had with Minho, but maybe that's the point ? Wookyung was just a possessive sadist, but Juyeon is supposedly a victim exerting revenge. When it comes to revenge, an eye for an eye plot can be super satisfying - but that isn't what Juyeon is doing. What he's doing is total overkill. How is he any better than Jiwook now ? He isn't leveling the playing field, he is putting himself below it.
