I wanna puke so bad oh my gosh, I stopped on chapter 27 and gave it a few months because I'm naive, so I'm like "It'll get better right?!" I loved this when I started reading; it was cute, and I haven't read much boxing stuff, so I'm like oh cool. Tell me why, as I came back and pushed myself to read this to chapter 42 and 43 "Mr Kim (old guy)" is so evil, like VERY.
Tell me why the hell did we have to see the SA of Ahn Yeseung due to Mr Kim? I'm not hating on this, as I assume the author drew this for the lore, I guess...??? The issue is just why I can't figure out the point of showing this; it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Another issue I have is Goh Gyeol is dumb; his mindset is: sex, spend time with Ahn Yaesung, fight in a shady place, sex again with Ahn Yaesung. Not once did he think to use communication skills at all, and everyone needs therapy.
The hyung and the bodyguard to the old man are like the non-toxic (?) ppl in this story that I'm just stunned. I feel mixed about reading because I hope the author has a plan to make sure everyone has a happy ending , but like what was the point of showing how graphic the trauma that Ahn Yeseung had.
I'll have to come back and read this but just very lost in this.
The bar is in HELL.
