preach!!!! it’s so sad cause this is honestly a great story that shows so much and you can tell every detail is intentional. i’ve been saying bring back romance cause this is romance!!!!!!! the small touches, blushing, fumbling, awkwardness of it all. they are heavily crushing on each other and unaware of it. how sweet is that???? we need more of it. they are learning a lot from others and one another through experiences and from cats!!! i love this story and hate that it’s being misread to something it isn’t! they aren’t frustrating, they are the cutest. >.<
couldn't have said it any better!!!!! if you really pay attention to the character's actions and personalities, it is actually pretty clear why they react to certain circumstances the way they do.. author does an amazing job at making these characters feel real and relatable!! i LOVE the overall slow pace of the story, it flows really naturally, and it's lovely to see yeongha and sangho take their time figuring things out - also, people have been hating on him since the beginning, but i've been a yeongha defender since DAY 1 period
It is frustrating to see how this new generation of readers has grown accustomed to a direct and explicit style of storytelling—to the point where they no longer know how to read between the lines. It is perfectly clear that the two characters like each other; their body language and expressions make that abundantly obvious. This manhwa is very well written, so I don’t understand why some find it confusing—the plot is quite straightforward.
Many manhwas have conditioned readers to expect a hollow form of storytelling; a major drawback is that they leave no room for interpretation, relying instead on an excess of explicit, redundant dialogue that fails to evoke any real passion. Rather, these moments feel like mere confessions—devices used solely to bring the protagonists together, without any sense of genuine chemistry between them.
