Surprisingly not a slow burn but it didn’t feel like the author rushed their relationship either, it’s somehow refreshing, a little relatable and not too difficult to understand the context. The drama plays out very well. The display of angst is so good and emotional and sad. I was happy that the father DIED lmfao i don’t care, but I guess the son didn’t deserve to be involved in that accident. I LOVE those little game and riddle H.G did to the MC and how he still reminisces his high school year with him. 10000/10
