I hate when authors push the romance of an absolute jackass of a guy and his victim female lead. “Heh im so edgy and im only using her for entertainment… but wait why is she kind of interesting?” And then treats her like shit to her face. Ik the oswalds pink bitch ass is the ml they arent even tryna hide it but they have ZERO chemistry. They literally shouldve js kept him as douche employer role. Except he still is but the forced romance makes it worse.
Also theres like no significance and they dont explain shit. Its so obviously a rip off of orv in a rofan genre but they give no explanation for the system or constellations or why theyre called constellations and why the streaming system exists in the first place. Whatever i love plot holes ig.
Dont even get me started on this mc. I love nonchalant baddies but shes trying so hard half the time and the failing the other half it just pisses me off. Like they try to make her look like this detached god of the world but then immediately flips her into a damsel in distress for romance scenes. The writing would be slightly better if it explained somehow she was acting for the audience BUT SHES NOT. Wow romance romance romance. Its just full of cliches. Nothing new to see. Not to mention the three dudes are chopped as hell and she has no chemisty with ANY of them. Except the teacher but i wish they stay in fhat platonic rls. Lastly bro im glad the og mc isnt a douche but u could alteadt give her another dimension cuz shes so boring. Shes literally the MAIN CHARACTER YOUU created . Why does she barely have any scenes or speak at all?? If i were the constellations id be more interested in how she handles the og mc than any of the b tier romance leads.
