the novel has side stories tho. you can read them on cherrymist (dot) cafe, title is father who became public property. the tldr is that they have twins, one twin looking identical to sangwoo and the other only having a little resemblance to taewon, sangwoo becomes a painter, and it lowkey seems like they're in a kinda good relationship (or as good as a relationship like this one can be)
