It feels heavy to read scenes that doesn’t execute clear consent. Chapter 11 and a few previous chapters leading to it. It reminded me when I was reading Passion. I get it. “It’s just a story”. But I just can’t help feeling frustrated and angry when there are gr*pe scenes. I can stomach reading those but sometimes that dreaded feeling comes back.
