yes ! but sometimes shit will be tagged incorrectly like “it’s not like i wanted to be dressed like a woman” (i think that’s what the manhua so called” is labeled under the yaoi tag but it’s shounen ai, like 95% of the time yaoi and shounen ai tags are labeled correctly but i’d always check the comments, sometimes both tags are in the story so if you see that definitely check the comments as well
Also, sometimes a story is shounen ai; but the author later adds in the mature parts. Example:

If I see something tagged Shounen Ai, I assume that there’s no smut and in turn, if something is tagged as a Yaoi I assume that there will be smut - is that the correct assumption??
