No self-respecting woman who is supposedly educated and is proud to be the smarter and better one? would do this to herself for a MAN and an older one at that. She’d rather trust a man in a patriarchal society like korea, than a woman. She kinda deserved to suffer not only bc it’s a harsh lesson for her to learn that pleasing men to this point is harmful to herself but also bc she’s not a girl’s girl.
