So literally no one answered my question on the bottom’s past having not read it so I’ll put it here for others curious before reading (I looked this up so it might not be correct): bottom was, unfortunately, inexperienced before the ML.
Due to his life circumstances it seems like he wasn’t able to date. He gets involved with ML, then blackmailed by the brother and sleeps with him maybe 2x - disassociating - and once that attempted gang SA and the ML realizing he had been blackmailed the dynamics end up shifting. The ML is incredibly remorseful, but by this point the bottom is hella done. They kinda stay that way apparently.
