Not really big on romance, but usually when I like the chemistry I enjoy it. But for this one, I didn't dig their chemistry. I do like george and chrome's aight, I like him, but he's giving ml cliche. And I wish george wasn't part of the males that fell for the mc type shit. I was really hoping that he'd be a friend only, I really hate how every male that's closes to the mc is automatically a love interest, why can't we have a good male friend. I shouldn't be mad at the mc and the ml, but it annoyed me cause I really couldn't sense any chemistry between the two. I was hoping for her not to have any lover, or if she does, maybe someone outside the males pursuing her, idk. The author done fucked up george's writing though, building him up as a kid only for him to be ignored and have no moments of overcoming his insecurities. Man fuck this, I sacrificed my sleep just to be this disappointed of the ending, and how they defeated the villain by the fucking power of love, I hate it here .
I really like the old people in the temple though, I like them more than the lunapelt something cronies. They're pretty funny and sweet, I love the pope and omar a lot, and why does maria have to die??? I really like the people that she met as a saint more. If I ever reread this again, I'll stop when she was a kid ig, cause when she got older there were less moments with the temple oldies .
