while i agree, this is pretty normal for 2010, especially in media. i mean take orange is the new black for example, they completely erased the fact that the main character is bi in the book and acted like she could only be lesbian, and that was in 2013. i feel like a lot of ppl just didn’t know bi could be an option, especially when mainstream media told u it wasn’t.
I mean a lot of gay people date girls before they even know that they're gay.
And they don't identify as bi. Because apparently they just don't feel the same connection to the women they dated from the guy they liked. And clearly that is what's happening right now with Eugene. He's dating girls that resembles Morgan. Although he doesn't know that Morgan is a man but then on after he catch up into it, he's denying his feelings for Morgan.
Here we're once again with the classic dumbaßß trope:
I had multiple relationships with girls, went all the way and enjoyed it, but since I like one guy I must've caught "the gay".
Because there only are gay or not gay.
I really wish I would see someone consider being bi in this life (in manhwa/manga etc) for once.
