English isn't my first language and they are talking about Korean politics, while I agree that some people really don't read, I don't think it's surprising some of us struggle to get the context behind what someone is saying because it sounds like just a string of words half of the time. I usually try to understand what the character is saying through context or panelling when it comes to that, but even I struggle sometimes.
most people aren’t familiar with political vocabulary in english, especially the ones that don’t have english as their first language, like me. Therefore it’s nice when people ask questions as it supports them, illiterate is a strong word.
