I think he can read memories and others thoughts from skin to skin contact, maybe even with objects as well since he does wear gloves all the time as well. Which is most likely very overwhelming to deal with and probably explains why he's covered head to toe to not be in a state of constant mental overwhelm. Was not expecting this nor did I realize that was a mask he wore. The memories I would have to guess might be helmet guy's and might have something to due with why helmet guy is wearing that helmet, but not 100% sure. He just looked completely shocked when seeing the memory of someone's head being blown off and helmet guy hiding his face makes me think it's helmet guy's memory. Not sure if the head being blown off is helmet guy or someone else though. Or it could be his memory and seeing him unmasked might have that side affect, but I'm not sure that is the case based on the fact that he's able to hear helmet guys thoughts.
