I personally didn’t like how they made up. When the uke was in the hospital and confessed, and the way the seme acted pissed me off, uke acts like everything is his fault and seme acts like it too, like hello? Seme treated the uke like shit, and he knows he was treating him like shit and yet there were no apologies from him (unless I missed it) just seme going, I’ve been waiting to hear your feelings (can’t remember exact wording) and then all is well. Was it even acknowledged that the seme was shitty for so long, the author framed everything that was wrong and unhealthy between them as the uke’s fault, and also the uke thought seme hated him, so seme acting like he was the perfect boyfriend and uke kept rejecting his feeling and trying to run from it is bullshit, seme didn’t let the uke know his feelings, he didn’t even ask him to be his boyfriend he guilted him into being his sex partner and used and abused him, yet here the uke is crying in the hospital room about how he likes the seme as if that was the source of the problem and the seme had the audacity to just go along with it and not bring up what a piece of shit he was. I feel like nothing was properly resolved, after the hospital scene, it was immediately all sunshine and rainbows, author skipped all the serious things they had to work on for a some smut
