Before I read, is this tag accurate?

I usually browse mangaupdates for tags and I saw “Cheating Seme” under this series. Can someone who has read the story spoil me and please let me know if this is accurate and if it is, what the context is? I can read a lot of things but I’m not very fond of cheating in my fiction lol
