Ml is genuinely such an unlikeable character it's the first time I'm actually seeing a real life man (slur) being portrayed fictionally as one of the main characters and can't say I'm enjoying it very much. All he thinks about is fucking hwanmae and it's very clear his intentions are murky mix of lust and domination, with a preference for the latter. God he thinks like an incel, I personally dislike "immature" characters like hwanmae as well but he's a walk in the park compared to gwanchang.
And why are the roles so confusing?? By principle, the character first introduced is the main character yet we have 2x more of gwanchang's thought bubbles in display than hwanmae's. Honestly, I'm still here bc of storyline potential, i wish they'll focus more on the dark political aspect sooner
tbh I would say that makes this story refreshing because he isn't some character with two dimensional personality it would be funny if hwanmae tops him instead but i guess we won't see that
