in season 1, it started like a h oneshot. MC was a struggling artist who was also dealing with ED, and he saw this poster or sumn advertising ED therapy. He goes there and ML was the urologist. ML says he's developed a novel method to cure ED and MC can get it for free if he agrees to be a model (gloryhole type) at an upcoming urology conference. At the conference ML basically SA's MC with some electric dildo or sumn, and it becomes a semi gangbang sitch bc all the other urologists wanna have a go at it.

ig the author then got attached to the characters or the feedback was pretty positive, bc then the plot continued in a slightly different tack. the MC was humiliated and he leaves the chat for a while, and then his manager tells him a suoer high up sponsor wants to be with MC and in exchange the MC can get better jobs, the standard under the table sponsor deal. MC has to say yes bc his sister is chronically hospitalized and he needs the money to pay the bills. the sponsor was (big shocker) the ML, who was also a chaebol of sorts on top of being a genius. They have a contractual relationship for a while, but we also find out that ML was supposed to be a neurosurgeon or something but during his residency period, ML had gone against the explicit orders of his superior and did some crazy life resuscitation procedure on a little girl (who ended up being MC's sister, bc ofc she was) and this ended up with ML getting booted from the neurosurgery(??) dept and he built his reputation as a great urologist until he met MC and decided to be a total piece of garbage. I think ML was also inspired by MC's hardworking nature in the past or sumn.
