And I can't understand why are yall are confused, because the story makes total sense to me. First of all, it was all Bottom's fault that everything started. He kind of started some sort of spark and used the top when they were in high school, when they were literally kids. And then he either left him, or let others bully him, maybe because he was gay. And you can see the poor top was just traumatized from the flashbacks that the author showed us from when he was with the CEO. . . . . So my guess is, the top is still obsessed with the bottom, and he just cannot let him go, maybe because of some sort of weird trauma or something else. I'm not really happy with the r@ping parts, but I don't think the obsessive top, is the wrong person here. . . I'll leave the bottom to the manager and wish the best for the top :)
