Iltak is crying while Gwanghwi asks him if he's sorry for what he did to him when they were kids, and then asks him to "accept him" and to, ehm, "be with him, at least once". Iltak "consents" because he's terrified (so, not real consent) and thinks Gwanghwi is already broken and won't accept an apology, and the chapter ends while Hyunwoo is running to his location.
It's NOT implied that they ended up doing it like the lunatic under me (who blocked me) said. At this point I'm only reading to know what happens to Iltak and I have a like-hate (not even love lmao) relationship with this manhwa, but it hasn't happened yet and I hope it doesn't.
