Yeah I was disappointed too, I don't think she deserved the hate she got for the art because it's beautiful, but using depression and self harm as a shock factor and then never dealing with the consequences is going to make the story feel cheap. We'll see if it's addressed later but the author insisting we shouldn't think too much about it as you said is not a good sign. If she just wanted to draw smut, she could've done it without dragging mental health issues into it.
the plot is genuinely non-existent. but im not surprised cause author made a whole twitter essay saying not to attach mental health conditions to the story and constantly says "just enjoy don't think to hard" like there was never gonna be depth to this, she fr made mokyeon slit his wrist just for shock factor
