This is one of the most realistic depictions of a relationship I've read. Love does seemingly fizzle out in a relationship without the effort of both partners to reignite it. Haruka most probably is on the spectrum somewhere but he eventually learns to do his best to communicate his thoughts and understand facial cues. Overall, one of the best things I've read in a while. Seeing a lot of comments bashing haruka for not getting a bouquet, while I was also disappointed not seeing a bouquet in volume 1, I also understood that kosei never told haruka that's what is dream was, nobody' gonna automatically assume a man in his 30s dreams of having a bouquet and haruka does redeem himself in volume 2. There is no bad guy here, just people trying navigate their relationship as best as they can.
