I hate to admit it after all these years but this is actually good. After seeing someone say this wasn't meant to be romantic but a depiction of a HIGHLY nuclear toxic relationship. I see the vision fully. Wookyung is dependent on Minho to the point that he would kill him if he tried to leave him. I don't think it's because Wookyung truly loves Minho; rather, he loves the control he has over him. He liked the “chase” like dominating and when his tactics led to Minho being depressed and suicidal rather than willfully obedient he felt bad but didnt relent in his abuse.
Minho is quite literally alone. He has no family, friends, or money. His sense of self is completely obliterated and he is relying on the essentials Wookyung gives him simply because he knows it'll hurt more to resist. When he attempts it, I think he only said thank you because Wookyung said he could go. When he does come back I think it's because of the abuse he endured; as a victim, he has nowhere to go and what is done to him seems like a fraction of the pain he could experience in the outside world. There is a 99% chance he will commit again and succeed. I don't see a happy ending for them at all. However, I do see a really great representation of a toxic relationship, if you could even call it that.
Most DV victims of on average attempt 7 times to leave abusive partners, maybe one day Minho will get the hell out of there.
One note: in no way am I condoning ts. It is trash, Minho is pretty damn innocent for the shit he is being subjected to.
